Interventricular Septum Thickness - How is Interventricular Septum Thickness abbreviated Interventricular septal haematoma (IVSH) after EXCOR paediatric (Berlin Heart, Berlin, Germany) left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation has been rarely reported , so optimal treatment options remain unclear. Here, we reported 2 cases with varied clinical courses for which different treatment options were selected the interventricular septumwithconsequent septal rupture are presented. The causation and clinical features ofthis unusual complication ofcardiac infarction are dis- cussed
